  187. As the exclusive copyright holder for HelpGen, Rimrock Software
  188. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  189. restrictions.

  191. The HelpGen package is defined as containing all the material listed in
  192. the packing list.  If any files listed in in the packing list are
  193. missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is 
  194. forbidden.  Please contact Rimrock Software to obtain a complete package
  195. suitable for distribution.

  197. The HelpGen package, including all related program files and
  198. documentation files,  CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  199. distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  201. No price or other compensation may be charged for the HelpGen package.  A
  202. distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping
  203. and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in
  204. the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  214. collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) may do so

  218. please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version is
